This Programme Implementation Plan has been developed to guide First Steps Himalaya (FSH) in delivering its strategic objectives and associated results over the 60-month period 2020-2025. The plan was prepared by the management team with the support of advisors to FSH and the Board of Trustees.

The 5 Year Plan serves as a road map in the coming years. We are excited about our plans for the future and how our programme will expand.
